@KarlaSouza7: I ain’t no Mexican American Princess. I’m the Mexican American Queen.

↳ I don’t think answering who I’m sleeping with accomplishes anything other than quenching the thirst of curiosity. No matter how I answer, someone will say, ‘No, that’s not true.’ We still live in this hetero-normative, patriarchal society that is intent on placing everything within these binaries. I really hope that — if not in my lifetime, my children’s lifetime — this won’t be a question, that we won’t need this. I hope I am the type of person who would fall in love with a person, as opposed to a sex.
Happy 27th Birthday, Jack Falahee! ♥
I’m continually inspired by my friends and family. Someone wise once told me that you have to surround yourself with your tribe in order to be successful in this industry. I count myself very lucky to have found a core group of friends in both Los Angeles and New York that are constantly creating. It drives me to be an artist. To give myself fully to the work each day. As another friend put it, “If you’re not creating you’re waiting.”
